The opencode GitHub releases moved from sst/opencode to anomalyco/opencode. Updated the REPO_OWNER to point to the correct repository where Linux binaries are actually published. Also fixed the fallback version resolution to prevent script exit on failure. Co-authored-by: jsburckhardt <18494471+jsburckhardt@users.noreply.github.com>
